Order Pickup
Your order will be delivered to the Michel's Patisserie store you nominated. Delivery is available in NSW & ACT only. Order must be placed prior to 4.30pm day prior to delivery. Orders received after 4.30pm for next day pick up cannot be submitted.
Orders must be picked up during store opening hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and 4pm on Sundays. Opening times vary from store to store.
The following Michel’s Patisserie stores are NOT open 7 days a week:

Payment, Security & Privacy
Jonamill Pty Ltd (“Michel’s Patisserie”) collects personal data for the purpose of providing a specific product requested by the customer. Certain information may be required in order to provide this product such as full name of customer, authorised users, e-mail address, address, contact phone numbers and credit card number.

Michel's Patisserie accepts Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. Payment must be made on-line using your credit card to process your order. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared.
Credit card processing on www.michels.com.au is done through the National Australia Bank secure payment gateway. This gateway is encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology to ensure that all credit card information you send to us via the Internet will be secure. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view an encrypted form. Only the freshest and finest ingredients are used in our recipes. However, if you are not genuinely satisfied with the quality of the product return it to the place of pick up within 2 days for a full refund or replacement.
Changes and Cancellation
Once you’ve confirmed and paid for your order no changes or cancellations are permitted. The order will be charged to your account and delivered to the nominated Michel's Patisserie outlet as ordered.
Michel’s Patisserie Vouchers
You cannot redeem Free Vouchers or Gift Vouchers ordering a product on-line at www.michels.com.au
Vouchers can only be redeemed when purchasing products at a Michel’s Patisserie store.
On-line Ordering
Michel's Patisserie agrees to execute all orders in accordance with their terms but reserves the right to reject any order in its absolute discretion.
You acknowledge and agree that Michel’s Patisserie is entitled to assume that any order which is placed with Michel’s Patisserie via on-line ordering and is accepted by Michel's Patisserie is a valid order.
You acknowledge that:
(a) On-line ordering is provided in good faith, but Michel’s Patisserie does not guarantee its performance or availability;
(b) On-line ordering may be unavailable from time to time for regularly scheduled maintenance and/or upgrades.
(c) there are inherent hazards in electronic distribution and as such Michel's Patisserie cannot warrant against delays or errors in transmitting data between you and Michel's Patisserie including orders, and you agree that to the maximum extent permitted by law, Michel's Patisserie will not be liable for any losses which you suffer as a result of On-line Ordering not being available or for delays or errors in transmitting orders.
Michel’s Patisserie reserves the right to terminate your order if it learns that you have provided false or misleading information, interfered with other users or the administration of Michel's Patisserie’s services, or violated these terms & conditions.
